- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Ronald refused to prescribe me an antibiotic for infection after a tooth extraction. Good thing I had some amoxil left over from a wisdom tooth extraction by another dentist(Galleria of Smiles). He told me he would not write me a pain pill prescription and if I didn't like that to go somewhere else. Not a very welcoming environment. Glass comes off as somewhat brash. He is not very receptive to questions. It's his way or the highway. As for his work, time will tell. It took 6 hours for the bleeding to stop. Didn't take near that long for my wisdom tooth at other dentist. No printout of dos and donts for post surgery. He couldn't use my X-rays from less than a month ago by other dentist. Fair price, but I won't be back. His assistant was absolutely awesome. She was the only one who kept me calm during my experience. I almost feel bad for her that she has to work with him everyday. Had none of these problems at Galleria of Smiles. I'll pay a little more and go there. Easy to see why they aren't very busy on a regular basis.February 03, 2017by Craig Turner
